This morning Greg Kulowiec and I are introducing Google Forms and the Flubaroo script to a great group of teachers attending an Ed Tech Teacher workshop. The form you see below is posted for the purpose of demonstrating how a Google Form looks when it is embedded into a blog. If you would like to complete the form, feel free to do so.
