Cobocards is an online and mobile flashcard system that I first reviewed about fifteen months ago. Since then Cobocards has made some additions and improvements to their offerings. First, Cobocards is now available as an iPhone and Android app. Cobocards has also improved their gallery of public flashcard collections to make it easier to find flashcards for the topic(s) you’re studying.

Cobocards provides you with pdf copies of your flashcards that you can print to study offline. Of course, you can study also study your flashcards online. If you study your flashcards online, Cobocards will keep track of your results for you. If you would like to share your flashcards with a private group, like the students in your classroom, Cobocards allows you to do that too. Learn more about Cobocards by watching the video below.

Cobocards does limit how many flashcard sets you can maintain using their free service.

Applications for Education
Cobocards offers students, options for studying online, on their mobile devices, and an option for studying offline. If you have students that don’t have Internet access at home, creating Cobocards flashcards at school and the printing them to take home is an excellent alternative to online studying.
