Google announced a new global competition today. The Model Your Town Competition challenges individuals and teams to use Google SketchUp to create 3D models of the buildings in their towns. Teams can have up to five members working to develop buildings. The winner(s) of the competition will receive $10,ooo for their local school district. Entries will be accepted until March 1, 2010.
