Steve Spangler’s Science website features videos and podcasts of simple “kitchen chemistry” experiments in action. The website also presents a variety of ideas for science fair projects. If you’re so inclined you can buy the items necessary for conducting the experiments from Steve Spangler, but my guess is you can find many of the ingredients closer to home.
