Youfig is a new wiki tool that is more customizable than many other wiki services. Youfig has all of the features like privacy settings and video embedding that you would expect in a wiki. The unique features of Youfig are the additional capability for messaging through Youfig, the capability to create groups work groups for a particular task, and creating network profiles for each Youfig user.

Applications for Education
Youfig has a couple of nice feature for educators in addition to typical wiki features. Wikis are great tools for having students work collaboratively on research or presentation assignments. Youfig has an advantage over some other wiki services because the administrator of each work space can create work groups to complete a task. This feature makes it easier for teachers to monitor the progress of their students as they work toward completing an assignment together.
