I just had a classic, “why didn’t I think of that” moment. In this video you will see elementary school students talking about how they are using blogging, podcasting, and the Internet in their learning process. These students have a teddy bear that they take turns taking home and taking on adventures. The students then blog about the life of the teddy bear. The students seem to really enjoy writing about the teddy bear and sharing with the world the adventures of the teddy bear. Their teddy bear is even getting fan mail on the blog. This is a great way to engage students in writing, why didn’t I think of that?!
